Service Owners play a key role in seamless business integration in managing demand and ensuring service delivery. They are responsible for the functionality, cost and quality of the respective IT service.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Ensure that ongoing service delivery meet agreed SLA requirements
Act as a single point of contact for owned service for change requests
Identify opportunities for service improvements of the owned service
Have an ongoing dialogue with business regarding process improvement opportunities

MANAGER, IT Business Architecture Team

The Manager is responsible for managing architecture efforts and corporate wide IT Architecture development for UPM Business Groups and Functions specifically covering overall SAP architecture design in UPM.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead the Architecture Team and a network of IT architects in the IT organisation
Further develop UPM target application architecture over all Business Groups and Functions
Manage UPM application architecture roadmap and strategy
Participate in the design phase efforts in IT related business projects
Develop architecture related methods and processes in UPM
Act as Leading Architect for UPM SAP based solutions
Maintain dialog between business and IT together with service directors and the service owner network

Required skills and capabilities

Fluent written and spoken English
Wide coverage of SAP module knowledge
Thorough understanding of SAP technologies and supporting tools
Architecture development methods and processes understanding
5 years experience in SAP based solution design and modeling
Proven track record in working in large scale SAP implementation projects
Proven coordination and leadership skills
Communication skills
