We are looking for an
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
for Elan Outsourcing Services in Finland
The Operations Manager is responsible for running and managing several
outsourced IT activities in Finland. This includes IT service desk, onsite
support and break fix services. He will also be responsible for coordination
of EOS operational activities in relation to international EOS customers in
Finland.
The position is a part of the Finnish EOS organization and reports directly to the EOS Director in Finland.
Responsibilities
•Business responsibility in all aspects, including profitability for selected EOS operations units in Finland
•Manage the agreed service levels to meet customer and partner expectation
•In cooperation with Service Manager:
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the operations and projects
- Manage staff development and attrition to ensure high skill and low cost services
- Responsible for processes and quality assurance in relation to implementation and delivery of services to EOS customers in Finland, including also delivery of pan-Nordic and international customers in a generic and consistent way.
•Responsibility for EOS service delivery units in Finland, e.g. Service Desk,
Help Desk, Dispatch center, On Site, Field Service, Break Fix, Logistics

•Strong social skills
•Drive with high level of engagement
•Strong cooperation skills and team oriented
•Analytical
•Fluent in both written and oral communication
•Language requirements, Finnish and English minimum
•Works as a role model from a leadership perspective with a behavior based on values
Formal competence and qualifications
•Relevant Bachelors-, Masters- or similar level degree
•Leadership education is seen as a benefit
•Min. 3 years of experience concerning similar operational positions
•Experience of SLA negotiations and management
•Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks e.g. ITIL, ITIL Foundation certification preferable
